As the biggest ski centre in Kysuce, it offers almost 14 kilometres of downhill skiing trails - regularly treated and covered by artificial snow, two 4-seat cableways, 3 ski-lifts and a 6-seat cableway combined with cabins for 8 people. The total transport capacity is 9,700 people per hour. Veľká Rača is known for the longest downhill skiing trails for night skiing in Slovakia with the total length 2.7km. The biggest merit of the centre is that the area stretches over three various interconnected localities - Dedovka, Marguška and Lalíky. You can find downhill skiing trails of all degrees of difficulty -7 easy, 4 red and 2 black skiing trails - so all skiers, from beginners to choosy experts, will find the right trail for them. The offered services include: information office, a professional ski rescue service, ski schools, kindergarten, ski deposit, ski rent, a shop selling sport equipment and ski service MONTANA.
In the summer season, hikers and adrenaline enthusiasts love the centre. You can have fun at various attractions, such as a bob-sleigh track – one of the longest ones in central Europe, aquazorbing, Karolšus – ride on rope, archery, trampolines, X-jump, scooters or bicycles for downhill fun.
Many events worth seeing are held in the centre throughout the year.
