The chapel, converted from an agricultural building, is located in the settlement of Huslov and can only be accessed on foot or by off-road vehicle via a forest road from the Vršok area, where a Stations of the Cross has been established since 2017.

Altar/Statue: The chapel does not have an altar; a wooden shelf serves as the mensa, on which a wooden statue of Our Lady is placed. Above it, the date 19.08. † 2012 is written on a carved wooden plaque.

Description: The structure has a square floor plan and is a simple wooden chapel on a stone foundation. It is oriented north-south (entrance – statue of Our Lady). The chapel was rebuilt from a farm building and has a gabled roof covered with asphalt shingles. It is lit by two windows, one on the right and one on the left wall. The window dimensions are 60 x 50 cm. The entrance from the north side is through a door with a small glass opening at the top. Above the door, there is a cursive inscription in brown-black color on a plaque that reads "Our Lady, Queen."
Bell: In front of the chapel, there is a small bell without any inscription or decoration, placed on a wooden natural post shaped like a fork, covered by a small roof.
Surroundings: The chapel is situated in the settlement of Huslov and can only be accessed on foot or by an off-road vehicle via a forest road from the Vršok area, where a Way of the Cross has been leading since 2017. In front of the chapel, three semicircular steps (terraces) have been built into the slope, reinforced with stone cladding to resemble a small amphitheater. Between the chapel and the bell tower made from natural wood post, there is a wooden railing.
Masses or worships (for which feast, regularly/irregularly): A regular mass is held on the anniversary of the chapel's consecration.
