Description: The structure has an almost square floor plan and is a simple chapel ending with a semicircular apse. It is built on a gentle slope, oriented south-north (entrance – apse). The chapel has very beautiful and atypical architecture for the Kysuce region, with two towers topped with pyramid-shaped roofs, adorned with metal double crosses at the peaks. In one of them (the right one), there is a small bell. The towers have windows that are topped with a semicircular arch. Four columns embellish the front of the structure.
The interior of the chapel is also beautifully and interestingly decorated. Instead of an altar, a Lourdes-like grotto is modeled in the apse, where a life-size statue of Our Lady of Lourdes is placed. The walls are decorated with paintings of deciduous and coniferous trees to make the whole scene more realistic. At the feet of Our Lady kneels the visionary Bernadette Soubirous. A rosary hangs from Our Lady's hand, and the grotto around her is adorned with flowers. The ceiling of the chapel is also beautifully and interestingly painted, resembling the ceiling of the nearby chapel in Jedľovník. The local inspiration (imitation) is highly probable.

Surroundings: The chapel is situated in the settlement of Zadná Šatina, away from the sparse buildings. It is accessible from the settlement of Jedľovník or from the Makov side from former the Pančava Hotel.

Other information: The chapel was commissioned by Anna Drábiková, born Šurláková, who is originally from this settlement, in memory of her parents for their kindness and upbringing. The chapel stands on her parents' land near her brother's house, to whom she provided the necessary funds for its construction. In March 1966, A. Drábiková wrote to the District National Committee (ONV) requesting permission for the construction of the chapel, but by then, the chapel had already been built. The committee subsequently approved the construction, and similarly, the Episcopal Office in Nitra had no objections to its consecration. Anna Drábiková, daughter of Juraj Šurlák, left for the USA in December 1913 from Bremen on the ship George Washington (arriving at Ellis Island on 22. of December). She went to New York to join her husband Pavol Drábik.
