Description: Wooden cabinet with glass-paneled door at the front. Inside, there is an image of the Virgin Mary along with a small statue of her. The cabinet has a gabled roof that extends on both sides to better protect the side walls. It is covered with asphalt shingles, and at the top of the gable, is a small wooden cross that extends through the roof. The cabinet has no additional decoration or paint.
Surroundings: The wayside shrine is located on a beech tree on the left side of the road leading through this settlement from Horný Kelčov to Skala.
