Description: The wooden box with a glass door at the front was originally situated on a tree—a pear tree, hence the local name "U hrušky." (“At a pear tree”). Inside is a faded image of the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The box has a gabled roof and is mounted in a natural, forked wood formation between two former branches. Above the box is a roof extending to both sides to better protect the side walls of the box. It is covered with asphalt shingles. The natural wood formation is painted ochre-brown, and the box is dark red. A yellow plaque with the inscription "U HRUŠKY" is located on the gable of the box. Above the metal stand to which the natural wood formation is attached, is a small metal plate with the engraved text: "RENOVOVAL // RYBIČKA // PAVOL // 29. 6. 2004." (Renovated // Rybička // Pavol // 29.6.2004)
Surroundings: The wayside shrine is located along a forest path leading from Huslov to Nižný Kelčov.
