Description: A wooden cabinet with glass-paneled doors at the front, mounted on a wooden post that serves as a stand. Both the cabinet and the post are painted brown. On the front of the cabinet, a small white cross is placed in the gable.
Surroundings: The wayside shrine is situated in a garden (next to house no. 467), on the left side of the old road leading through Nižný Kelčov in the direction from Makov to the center of Vysoká nad Kysucou.
