Description: A wooden cross, reportedly installed in 1997, with a dark brown coating. White numerals “1922” were displayed on the crossbeam. A plaque with an inscription was attached at the base of the cross. In 2009, the cross was intended to be relocated to the cemetery, and a new oak mission cross was to be erected in the parish to commemorate the Holy Missions held from October 10–18, 2009. The old cross, however, had rotted and was removed. The concrete base was modified with a new metal holder to secure the new mission cross. The crossbeam is inscribed with the word “MISIE,” (missions) and the vertical beam lists the years when the Holy Missions took place in the parish: 1901, 1922, 1933, 1997, and 2009.
Surroundings: The cross is situated to the left of the path leading towards the church, just in front of the church gate. The crown of a large linden tree, located beyond the church gate, extends above the cross.
